Rueda Veloz — B2B & Teamwear Terms and Conditions Last updated: April 2026
These terms and conditions apply to all B2B orders, including teamwear, club orders, and partner collaborations with Rueda Veloz. By placing an order, the buyer confirms having read and accepted the terms below.
1. General
Rueda Veloz is a supplier of performance cycling apparel and offers custom teamwear for clubs, companies, and organisations. All orders are processed in accordance with these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Order Process
2.1 Order confirmation An order is binding upon receipt of written order confirmation from Rueda Veloz. Verbal agreements are not binding.
2.2 Design and approval For custom teamwear orders, a design proposal will be submitted for the buyer's approval before production begins. The buyer is responsible for reviewing and approving the design, including:
- Logos and graphics
- Colours and placement
- Text and names
- Size breakdown
Production begins only after written approval. Rueda Veloz is not responsible for errors in an approved design.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Prices All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
3.2 Payment terms The following payment structure applies to B2B orders:
- 50% deposit upon order confirmation
- Remaining 50% due before dispatch
Payment terms may differ by separate written agreement.
3.3 Self-paid orders (staff and individual payments) Where an order is paid in full or in part by an individual employee or end user — for example, individual add-ons, upgrades, or full self-payment within a teamwear agreement — the following applies:
- Payment is captured immediately upon order placement via credit card
- The order is confirmed and processed only upon successful payment
- No credit or invoice terms are available for self-paid orders
Rueda Veloz uses secure payment infrastructure. Card details are not stored by Rueda Veloz.
3.4 Late payment In the event of late payment, Rueda Veloz reserves the right to withhold delivery and charge interest in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. Delivery
4.1 Lead time Indicative production time for custom teamwear is 4–8 weeks from design approval and receipt of deposit. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
4.2 Shipping Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer. Shipping costs are invoiced separately unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Transfer of risk Risk in the goods transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
5. Returns and complaints
5.1 Custom teamwear Custom and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless a production fault on the part of Rueda Veloz is identified.
5.2 Complaints Any complaints must be submitted in writing no later than 8 days after receipt of goods. The complaint must include:
- Description of the fault
- Photo documentation
- Order number
Rueda Veloz reserves the right to assess whether a complaint is valid and will in such cases offer a replacement or credit note.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is only accepted prior to design approval and before production has commenced. Cancellation after design approval or production start renders the deposit non-refundable. Cancellation after production has begun may result in additional incurred costs being invoiced.
7. Intellectual Property
The buyer warrants that submitted logos, graphics, and other materials do not infringe third-party rights. Rueda Veloz reserves the right to use images of finished products for marketing purposes, unless the buyer expressly objects in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rueda Veloz is not liable for indirect loss, operational loss, or consequential damages. Total liability is in all circumstances limited to the invoiced order value.
9. Force Majeure
Rueda Veloz is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations caused by force majeure, including but not limited to: strikes, natural disasters, supply failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the court in the jurisdiction where Rueda Veloz is domiciled.
